Registration and Payment

For the two days of the conference, the registration fee will include a conference kit, access to all sessions, morning and afternoon refreshments, and buffet lunches. The event will also include a reception meal on the inaugural day. Please be advised that the registration fee does not include accommodation.

Participants can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer. No cash will be accepted for the secure transaction of your payment.

There may be fees associated with some forms of payment method. In such cases, the payment will be more so that the Conference Secretariat receives the full amount of the registration fee.

* If you choose to make a bank transfer, please consult with your bank to ensure your payment has a net value (the money received to the conference organisers) equal to the conference fee.

** The additional charge for credit/debit card will be approximately THB 200 or 6 USD per participant.

Please note that there will be no refund for cancellation or absence. Payments can only be made in one currency for the same transaction (e.g., not local and international participants).
